Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to assist front-end operations and drive store performance in York, PA. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience counts.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• POS and basic computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize front-end sales performance through displays, signage and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Train and develop sales associates and ensure merchandising guidelines are followed.
• Manage cash handling and ensure cash register procedures are followed.
• Support staff and communicate organizational policies.
• Open/close the store as assigned by the manager.
• Assist with interviewing candidates and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with asset protection policies and report issues.
• Support organizational programs and special events when needed.
• Promote workplace safety and communicate progress to the Store Manager.
