Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for our York, PA location. This role supports front-end operations and assists in maximizing sales, donation processing, and customer service.

You will work with store leadership, help train associates, manage cash handling, and ensure adherence to store policies. Weekend/evening hours may be required to maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• POS and basic computer experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, donors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maximize front-end sales through proper merchandise presentation and customer service.
• Provide excellent service to customers and donors at all times.
• Assist in training and development of sales associates; support store policies and procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Support staff and communicate store policies and procedures to team.
• Participate in candidate interviews for entry level retail roles and support evaluations.
