Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a front‑of‑store leader to ensure a positive customer experience, promote loyalty programs, and coach Associates. You will lead by example, supervise cashiers, and maintain a clean, organized store.

The role requires strong merchandising knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to train others. Availability to work nights and weekends is expected; prior retail and leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Experience leading a retail team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and loyalty program participation.
• Oversees a team at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Trains and coaches Associates on customer personalization and loyalty programs.
• Manages registers and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
