Job summary

Marshalls, part of the TJX Companies family, seeks a front-end leader to drive an excellent customer experience. You will lead a team of Associates, ensuring courteous service and loyalty program promotion while maintaining store standards.

You will train Associates, manage POS coverage, and address customer concerns promptly. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and adherence to labor laws and safety practices in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Able to train others and mentor Associates on front end principles
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capacity to multi-task and work with peers and supervisors
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Maintains store plan execution and prioritizes tasks as needed
• Communicates priorities effectively with management and Associates
• Promotes safety, labor law compliance, and loss-prevention efforts
• Promotes and participates in credit and loyalty programs
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end operations
