Job summary

Marshalls, a brand of The TJX Companies, Inc., in Midlothian, VA, is hiring for a front-end leader who guides Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and promote loyalty programs. You will assign registers, coordinate breaks, and coach staff to maintain a clean, organized store while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong merchandising techniques and store operations knowledge
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience by leading front-of-store interactions
• Oversee a team of Associates with duties and break coordination
• Promote loyalty programs and ensure accurate POS coverage
• Coach on customer service, priority setting, and task execution
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to policies and labor laws
• Communicate priorities to management and staff; provide feedback
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and safety practices
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
