Job summary

Marshalls, a brand within The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Front End Leader to promote an outstanding customer experience and mentor Associates at the front of the store. You will guide teams, ensure courteous service, and support loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, and a strong grasp of merchandising, multi-tasking, and detailed communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail with leadership exposure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and mentor associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Create positive customer experiences and promote loyalty programs.
• Lead and coach front-end associates to ensure prompt service.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks for all associates.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure tasks align with store plans and priorities.
• Collaborate with management on training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Promote safety and adherence to labor laws and policies.
• Support shrink reduction goals and maintain a safe store environment.
