Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee front-of-store Associates.

• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards.
• Ensure tasks align with store plans and communicate progress to management.
