TJ Maxx is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an exceptional customer experience and manage a team of Associates. You will lead by example, ensuring courteous service, training on front-end principles, and effective use of loyalty programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating POS coverage, maintaining store standards, and supporting management on priorities while promoting a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train and mentor Associates on front end principles.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and loyalty program participation.
• Oversees Associates at front of store; ensures prompt, courteous service.
• Trains and coaches staff on personalized customer service.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks; supports POS coverage needs.
• Maintains store cleanliness and adherence to policies; ensures safety.
