Job summary

The TJ Maxx team in Brookhaven, MS is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates. You will model outstanding service, train staff, and coordinate POS coverage while ensuring store standards and loyalty programs are prioritized.

Ideal candidates bring retail leadership experience, strong communication, and merchandising knowledge, and can work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Communicates priorities with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports store shrink reduction goals
