Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring to lead a front-end team, ensuring exceptional customer service and promoting loyalty programs at the Marshalls location in Kent, OH.

You will train and mentor Associates, coordinate POS coverage, and uphold store policies while focusing on a positive customer experience. Ideal candidates have retail and leadership experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing directions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Lead and mentor Associates on front end principles.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks for all Associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promote loyalty programs and participate in shrink reduction goals.
