Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others and lead front-end teams.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee Associates at front of store and ensure prompt service.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and support POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards.
• Promote loyalty programs and safety initiatives.
• Assist in labor law and policy adherence.
