Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is looking for a front‑of‑store leader who can promote an excellent customer experience and guide a team of Associates at the store level.

You will model outstanding service, train staff, and coordinate POS coverage while ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards. This role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a focus on merchandising and customer loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Communicates accurately with management and Associates when setting priorities; provides progress updates.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
