Job summary

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience at the front of the store
• Promotes loyalty programs and maintains visibility for promotions
• Assigns registers and coordinates POS coverage and breaks
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to improve effectiveness
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
