Job summary

Flexible schedule incl. nights/weekends; strong merchandising, communication, and organizational skills are essential. 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads by example.
• Oversees a team of associates at the front of the store and ensures loyalty programs are promoted.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Promotes safety, shrink reduction goals, and interacts with management on priorities.
