Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a front-of-store leader to ensure an exceptional customer experience and mentor Associates. You will train staff on front-end principles, promote loyalty programs, and coordinate POS coverage while maintaining store standards.

You will lead by example, communicate effectively with management and Team Members, and support in achieving labor and safety goals. Flexible schedule with nights and weekends possible.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience at front of store.
• Promotes loyalty programs and handles customer inquiries.
• Manages registers, POS coverage, and breaks for Associates.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and store policies.
• Trains and coaches Associates to improve front-end performance.
