Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team of associates at the front of the store. You will model outstanding customer service, train associates, and ensure efficient POS operations while supporting loyalty programs and store priorities.

• 1 year of retail experience.
• 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees a team of associates at front of store.
• Leads by example, ensuring courteous service and loyalty programs uptake.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Partners with Management on training needs and labor law compliance.
