Job summary

TJX Companies seeks a front-end supervisor to promote an outstanding customer experience across the store. You will lead a team of associates, train staff on loyalty programs, and coordinate POS coverage while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

The role requires the ability to multi-task, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset. You will collaborate with management to meet labor and safety standards and support store-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Lead and mentor Associates on front-end operations and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage as needed.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Support Management in training and development of Associates.
• Promote safety, labor compliance, and loss-prevention efforts.
