Job summary

TJ Maxx in Waco, TX is seeking a front‑of‑store leader to oversee Associates, deliver outstanding customer service, and promote loyalty programs. You will train and coach staff, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks to ensure a smooth operation.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in retail and 6 months in leadership, strong communication and organization, and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing directions while maintaining a safe, compliant store environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store and promotes loyalty programs.
• Leads by example, engaging customers and ensuring excellent service.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles and procedures.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and company policies.
