Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. operates TJ Maxx in Mission, TX, seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience and guide a team of Associates.

You will model outstanding service, coordinate POS coverage, and mentor staff to drive loyalty programs while maintaining store standards. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends, strong merchandising knowledge, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Clear communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee front-of-store team and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist with training.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks; manage POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and priorities.
• Communicate with management on priorities and progress.
• Support safety, labor laws, and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with management on Associate development.
