Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead to drive a positive shopping experience and lead front-end operations. You will support associates during shifts and ensure the sales floor is organized and ready to serve customers.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong customer service, coaching abilities, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a competitive hourly wage of $16 per hour at Hoffman Estates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Customer service mindset is essential.
• Ability to lead and coach associates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and checkout flow, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store organization.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties as assigned.
• Support proper scheduling of breaks and front-end coverage.
• Troubleshoot routine register issues to minimize disruptions.
• Partner with store leadership to address service or execution opportunities.
• Assist with merchandise flow and stock organization.
• Reinforce company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
