Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to drive front-end operations and deliver a positive shopping experience. You will lead associates, coordinate checkout flow, and ensure accurate transactions while upholding Burlington’s customer-first values.

This hands-on leadership role reports to store leadership and requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A retail background and strong team leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to lead and coach associates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Coordinate daily front-end operations, including checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities to meet business needs.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions (sales/returns/exchanges).
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
