Burlington Stores is hiring a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead to drive front-end operations and deliver a positive shopping experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, coordinate checkout flow, and ensure the sales floor is organized and ready to serve customers.

This hands-on role partners with store leadership to manage scheduling, resolve customer concerns, support merchandise flow, and uphold safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to lead and motivate in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and checkout flow with a focus on efficiency and customer experience
• Direct associates during shifts, adjust priorities to meet business needs, ensure merchandising standards
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary to maintain satisfaction
• Assist with merchandise flow, stock organization, and safety/compliance across the store
