The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated front-end supervisor for Marshalls in Charlotte, NC. You will lead Associates, promote loyalty programs, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold store standards while training peers.

Competenze

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others.

Mansioni

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
