The TJ Maxx location in Salem, OR is seeking a front-of-store supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience, train associates, and ensure efficient POS coverage. You will lead by example, maintain store standards, and support management in daily operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail with leadership exposure, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and adapt to change.

Qualificações

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player with ability to train others
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front-of-store operations and promote an excellent customer experience
• Lead by example, train and mentor Associates on front end principles
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage
• Promote loyalty programs and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Address customer concerns promptly and communicate priorities to management
• Support management on Associate training and store standards
• Participate in safety, shrink reduction goals, and policy adherence
• Other duties as assigned
