• Lead front-of-store Associates; ensure courteous service and loyalty promotions.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness and standards.
• Monitor tasks, priorities, and communicate progress with management.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to labor laws and store policies.
• Encourage safety and a positive work environment.
• Partner with Management on training needs to improve effectiveness.
