Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end supervisor to promote an outstanding customer experience at a TJX store location in the United States. You will lead a team of Associates, manage registers and breaks, and coach staff on loyalty programs and front-end practices.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
• Experience training and mentoring front-end Associates.
• Leadership experience in a retail setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead a front-end team.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks.
• Mentor Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store tasks align with the plan and labor laws are followed.
• Support safety, shrink reduction goals, and positive customer interactions.
