Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store supervisor to promote a superior customer experience and lead a team of associates. You will oversee front-end operations, train staff, and coordinate POS coverage while supporting loyalty programs and store goals.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.

• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience by leading a team at front of store.
• Oversee POS coverage and break coordination.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles.
• Promote loyalty and credit programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies.
• Maintain clean, organized store and safe environment.
