Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles
• Coaches on personalizing the customer experience and loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage and breaks
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store standards
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and store policies
• Promotes safety and shrink reduction programs
• Other duties as assigned
