Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring a Front End Supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience. You’ll lead a team at the front of store, ensure prompt, courteous service, manage loyalty programs, and keep the store clean and organized while modeling outstanding customer care.

You’ll train Associates, allocate registers, coordinate breaks, handle customer concerns, and collaborate with management to meet priorities.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities
