Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. Marshalls location is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and coach Associates on loyalty programs.

You will schedule registers, coordinate breaks, and address customer concerns while upholding policies and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience, with strong communication, organization, and team skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising understanding and teamwork.
• Able to train others and manage front-end operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Trains and coaches Associates on customer experience and POS coverage needs.
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety while prioritizing priorities and communicating with management.
