Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a leader to promote an exceptional customer experience and supervise front-of-store operations. You will train Associates, manage POS coverage, and uphold store standards while supporting loyalty programs and safety practices.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills, with a background in retail and leadership experience. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Able to train others and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Understanding of merchandising techniques and customer service priorities.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example at the front of the store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end processes and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure adequate POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Support management with priority-setting and progress updates.
