Job summary

Macy's in the United States is seeking a Selling and Support Captain to be a customer-focused leader on the sales floor. You will drive customer satisfaction, merchandising, and brand loyalty while executing Omni selling initiatives under the guidance of People Leaders.

As a full-time, elevated hourly colleague, you will model excellent service, lead by example, train peers on POS and fulfillment tasks, and help plan store activities. Flexible availability and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Self-starter who can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Based upon your Captain assignment you could be fulfilling customer orders, merchandising, processing new products, or supervising the selling floor in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Lead colleagues in the execution and completion of assigned tasks.
• Advocate for the customer and role model fast feedback to improve every experience.
• Ensure high-level customer service through problem-solving and resolutions.
• Promote the Macy's mobile app to enhance in-store experience.
• Meet with People Leaders to plan total store activities and provide feedback.
