This elevated hourly role drives results through promotions and omni-selling initiatives under People Leaders guidance and offers advancement toward Personal Stylist or Sales and Customer Experience Manager. Qualifications

• Must be flexible with days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is preferred (1–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with orders and merchandising.
• Lead colleagues in completing tasks and maintaining store standards.
• Provide fast, customer-focused problem solving and feedback to leaders.
• Promote Macy's mobile app to enhance in-store experience.
• Support opening/closing procedures and register handling.
• Uphold best-in-class merchandise standards and POS familiarity.
• Educate staff on POS tech and RF equipment.
• Foster inclusive environment and authentic colleague/customer connections.
