Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders and assist on the selling floor with excellent service.
• Lead colleagues in completing assigned tasks and uphold merchandise standards.
• Promote Macy's mobile app to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide fast feedback to People Leaders to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Open and close the store, including alarm access and handling registers.
• Support education of colleagues on POS tech and handheld devices.
