Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of direct retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders and merchandise, or supervise selling floor to deliver strong service.
• Lead colleagues in the execution and completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide fast feedback to enhance the customer experience and fix issues promptly.
• Ensure high-level customer service through problem-solving and customer-focused resolutions.
• Promote Macy's mobile app to enhance in-store engagement.
