Job summary

Michaels Stores in Charlotte, NC is seeking a store team member to assist customers, stock shelves, and operate the checkout with accuracy. You’ll show friendly service, help shoppers locate products, and participate in store recovery to keep merchandising on point.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, enrolling customers in rewards, supporting BOPIS and SFS, and collaborating with the team to maintain a clean, in-stock environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and accurate cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Support Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram adherence.
