Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; complete cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Stock and recovery duties; participate in truck unload and planograms.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and policies.
