Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Team Member in Charlotte, NC to help customers, process transactions, and keep the floor stocked. You will assist with online order pickup, ship-from-store, and framing cross-training while delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, maintaining planograms, and upholding SOPs, with opportunities for growth within a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Able to move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout; execute cash handling to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms.
• Maintain in-stock levels and merchandise recovery.
• Uphold SOPs; model company values in interactions.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Other duties as assigned.
