Job summary

Michaels Stores in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find items, and ensure fast, accurate checkout experiences. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining in-stock conditions while following store SOPs and safety guidelines.

Team members engage customers about rewards and credit programs, assist with omni-channel options like BOPIS and SFS, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes
• Maintain stock and store recovery; handle returns and go-backs
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies while maintaining a positive environment
