Michaels Stores is seeking a friendly team member to assist customers, stock merchandise, and operate the checkout register in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include helping customers locate products, processing purchases, and supporting BOPIS/SFS and rewards enrollments. Candidates should have prior retail or customer service experience and be able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollment
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
