Job summary

Michaels Stores is hiring for a store associate in Asheville, NC. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram tasks to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock. Knowledge of rewards programs and private label cards is beneficial, and you may assist with Omni channel orders such as BOPIS and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Operate fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and truck unloads.
• Participate in stocking, planograms and store recovery tasks.
