Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Team Member for our Charlotte, NC location. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products and complete fast, accurate checkouts.

You’ll participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Preferred candidates have prior retail or customer service experience and a willingness to engage customers with rewards programs and

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; support store recovery to uphold brand standards.
