Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, handle inquiries, and support store operations. You will provide administrative support, assist with sales orders, and maintain accurate records using POS and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the US and 18+.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service at the front desk.
• Process sales orders and ensure proper approvals.
• Manage customer accounts and financing arrangements.
• Handle cash and reconcile transactions.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Support audits, inventory, and documentation accuracy.
• Maintain records and reports for sales and office processes.
• Collaborate with store team to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate POS systems and office software.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
