Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide front desk and customer service.
• Process sales orders accurately with proper documentation and approvals.
• Manage customer accounts and assist with financing arrangements.
• Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions under supervision.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
• Support audits, inventory, and compliance checks as required.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports.
• Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and store staff for a seamless experience.
• Utilize POS, retail software, and MS Office to perform duties.
