Ashley Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, process sales orders, and maintain accurate customer records. You will support store operations, manage accounts, and assist with financing while ensuring excellent service across in-person, phone, and email channels.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service/office experience preferred.
• Flexible hours including weekends/holidays; rotating store opening/closing duties.
• Thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide professional service at the front desk.
• Assist with processing sales orders and ensure documentation is complete and approved.
• Manage customer accounts, credit applications, and financing arrangements.
• Handle cash and reconcile transactions under supervision.
• Address customer questions and escalate complex issues to management.
• Support audits, inventory processes, and paperwork accuracy.
• Maintain records, generate routine reports, and file documents properly.
• Collaborate with sales, merchandising and store teams for a seamless experience.
• Utilize POS systems, retail software, and MS Office to perform duties.
