Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.
• Availability for shifts before and after store open hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person consultations and troubleshooting to customers.
• Recommend service solutions like data backups and anti-virus.
• Identify, diagnose, and document hardware or software failures.
• Assemble custom computers sold by our build-your-own sales team.
• Handle customer transactions and maintain accurate inventory tracking.
