Responsibilities

• Provide in-person consultations and troubleshooting at the service counter.
• Recommend service solutions such as data backups and anti-virus.
• Diagnose and document hardware/software problems on electronic devices.
• Assemble custom computers sold by the BYO sales team.
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
