Micro Center in Hilliard, OH is seeking full-time Technical Support Representatives to deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will troubleshoot, set up products, and guide customers to solutions while identifying opportunities to upsell accessories and services.

This role is based in our Corporate Office in Hilliard, OH and requires weekend availability. The starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with growth opportunities as you build skills in technology

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; customer service experience preferred.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing proficiency and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound contacts promptly via Phones, Chat, Text, and Email.
• Maintain a general understanding of current consumer electronic devices and technology.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, qualify issues, and offer solutions.
• Personalize support to improve customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer contacts and enter them into the appropriate database.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships to ensure teamwork.
