Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent training/experience.
• 2–3 years of management experience with proven leadership.
• Solid sales, service, and relationship-building track record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of banking products and profitability concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a mid-sized banking office.
• Lead and coach branch staff to meet personal and branch sales goals.
• Develop commercial relationships through personal visits and outbound calls.
• Promote the bank through community involvement and local networks.
• Ensure branch compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Wealth, Business Banking, and Lending teams.
• Deliver performance appraisals and manage staff development.
• Maintain teller function understanding and balance policy with judgment.
