Eastern Bank in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a mid-sized retail banking office. You will guide sales, service, and daily operations while driving team performance and customer satisfaction.

You will coach staff, coordinate with HR and product partners, build commercial relationships, and represent Eastern Bank in the community through local events and business networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of training and/or experience.
• 2-3 years of management experience in retail banking preferred.
• Strong sales, service, and leadership track record required.

• Oversee daily operations of a mid-sized banking office and fit with branch goals.
• Lead sales efforts and coach staff to achieve personal and branch objectives.
• Develop business through personal visits and outbound calls.
